Get ready for Spring by joining Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Jane Selitto, RDN, as she discusses the importance of eating the rainbow of fruits and vegetables. Jane will also be recommending simple healthy swaps for meals and snacks.

Jane Selitto is a registered dietitian nutritionist who works with patients of all ages with diabetes, heart disease, migraines, autoimmune and gastrointestinal conditions. She specializes in integrative and functional nutrition, determining the root cause of their ailments and creates for them a customized wellness plan to integrate into their lifestyle. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences and has a certificate of training for integrative and functional nutrition, mindful eating, and yin yoga.
